"When Being Right Isn't Enough" by Reverend Wayne Arnason. Some people become comfortable with conflict because they either like to compete and win, or because they have a strong need to be right. There are, however, some kinds of long term conflicts, especially those that have to do with justice or with social and cultural change that require something different. When it's likely we won't win in our lifetime, when it doesn't matter whether we are right, what we need to stay engaged is a theological vision.
