This brings up questions as to just what parents should be at liberty to do with/to their children. People think that having a kid is a miracle... it is not... or at least no more so than the miracle of excreting lukewarm stool from an impressively complex digestive/excretory system. This 'birth as miracle' fantasy fairs not much better in secular sentiments as well. Just because you can partake in a biological function... repeated countless times throughout our history... and now aided by modern medicine... does not mean that you should have soul dominion over your progeny. That kind of sentiment may have worked well throughout our evolutionary heritage but it is disastrously unethical in today's modern society... when any one of these little offspring can grow up to do unspeakable damage, whether directly or indirectly, through media or WMDs.... and that's not even mentioning the obvious ethical abuses that parents inflict onto their children... by treating children as commodities rather than small, temporarily oblivious adults. Children are just adults waiting to happen... and they should have rights to their own self efficacy over their parents rights to 'mold' them like inanimate clay. Children aren't miracles.... but they are people. I am not necessarily endorsing communal rearing here.... but I am saying that these issues need to be talked about. Parental rights is a taboo topic of conversation and I think that we liberal minded need to buck up and push the issue. The behaviors in this video, and the parenting implied, should be deemed as undesirable behaviors and we should take measures to enforce this decision. Ethics is useless absent social reform.

Kids may say the darnedest things, but I suspect even Art Linkletter would be appalled at this!

Scariest part of this whole business ... is that their parents taught them to do this, encouraged them to do this, and probably praised the daylights out of them when they did.

What may be just as scary, though ... is that SOME of them may not even know what they are parroting!
