Problem of evil? What problem of evil? You don't have to be an atheist; even Christians can resolve this without difficulty. All they have to do is believe in the God of the Bible.

I just learned recently that the Old Testament itself has an incredibly explicit verse that solves the problem of evil, just as you say, Steve. It's in the diatribe of Isaiah verses 45:5-19; verse 7 says, "I form the light, and create the darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things."
