The key things about the video...
1) The retina converts the picture that the eye see into continuous signals which it then feeds the brain these signals as a patterns of pulses which is very much like computer code.

2) The prosthetic device includes a camera, chip, and math. The camera and chip are standard equipment. They can be upgraded anytime. But the most important part is combing the chip with math. That math can be designed to send pictures to the brain, or touch to the brain, or sound to the brain. THIS CAN BE USED FOR DEAFNESS, MISSING LIMBS, AND BLINDNESS.
