So recently I came across a picture of an airplane doing a nose dive towards mecca, the "holy land" of Islam, full of people on there. *shows the picture* and i was disgusted by it. I am not a fan of Islam or any of the abrahamic religions due to much of the harm they have done to this world. But its sick that people would suggest doing this, not just to them, but to any one, anywhere. Now, what makes it even worse are the comments i have seen on this pic so far for example: "When I become terminally ill, I'm soooo doing that." or "I am pretty motivated... This motivated? Hmmm would be nice to watch in television though. :D"
To the people who posted this picture, are you actually ok with this picture? It makes me sick to see that. In any situation. You have to think about the people, both in the plane and on the site of mecca. Innocent people that would be killed, Flying into thousands of people who are just going about their own business whether being the people in the plane or the people worshiping in mecca. Yes, 911 was an atrocity and nothing less than a horrific act. But It sickens me that because of your race or creed or religious or lack of religious beliefs that others should die.

This sort of Islamophobia sickens me too, George. People who made those comments were showing themselves to be terrorists at heart, exactly the same as the perpetrators of 9-11. This is one case where a nasty meme infects the minds of the victims, turning them into imitators. Just as we bomb innocents abroad in the name of War on Terror, giving them a horrific meme to imitate back on us.

Dude: it's a picture - NOT an act of terrorism. I think maybe you emotionally identify with mecca too much

I can't see why you conclude that the photograph represents proposed religious or ethnic retribution for atrocities committed in the name of religion or ethnicity. Sure, we know that a plane was used as a weapon by certain gentlemen of 'middle eastern appearance' some time ago but it doesn't mean the creators and exhibitors of the photograph have the same intention.

You could have found the webpage to the photo and given us the link. Did you search it? Do you consider it art ?

Have you found your flock yet, preacher ?
