Indonesia hit by anti-Christian 'hate speech'

A recent spate of anti-Christian sermons by high-profile personalities is threatening to reignite religious and ethnic tensions in Indonesia.

Indonesian pop star Rhoma Irama was hailed by his fans for speaking out against Christians and Chinese in a mosque.

Several preachers are also being accused of engaging in hate speech against Christian politicians in mosques.

Al Jazeera's Step Vaessen reports from Jakarta.
