The issue is not whether kids can pray on school grounds but rather the school inviting in pastors to pray with the children.  Notice how Fox skirts that issue and makes it seem that this is nothing more than a student organized "gather around the flagpole and pray" which is fine.  That is not what the FFRF objects to and guess what?  What the school is doing is unconstitutional and should that ruling be upheld then the administrators should be held criminally responsible for violating students constitutional rights.  School administrators should know better by this point; they should be prosecuted for willfully breaking the law.
