Napoleon, I certainly understand the horror of neglecting care in the idea of religous belief.  Psychologically speaking it is difficult to say how to prevent certain dilusions to prevent rational care.

Earther, this person is of this earth and only thinks she has extra-terrestrial powers. Notwithstanding, there is a resemblance with ET but she is much more horrible.
