A short clip for the TV show, "Boston Legal" that defines exactly what is wrong with the theocracy the USA has become. I agree with every word of this video.
Everyone should be free to believe in any god they choose. No one should be free to force those views on anyone else.

Comment by Loren Miller on October 22, 2011 at 8:15am I hear you, James, and I've had it up past my brow line with their "Grand Commission." It's like their invisible friend gives them unlimited license to violate the law, common sense and other people's space in order for them to peddle their snake oil.
Meantime, I've heard a few people here and elsewhere talk about an "Atheist Spring," much as the Arab Spring of Libya, Egypt, and elsewhere in the Middle East. I don't know as we've made as much noise as they have, or even as much as the OWS protesters across the US. What I'm certain of is that atheists have vacated the closet, and I doubt mightily that we can be forced back in. That there are shows like "Boston Legal" which help carry our water don't hurt, either.
I suspect that the next few years will find the contretemps between atheists and believers getting a LOT more interesting!
