There's sleep, and then there's SLEEP. I know exactly what you mean. Seems like the only time I get a decent night's sleep is Friday and Saturday. Every other night I'm lying half awake, thinking about what is on tomorrow's agenda.
Was just last night. I had an ache in my lower back that wouldn't go away. I THINK I got it resolved. Guess we'll see tonight.
Do you have trouble sleeping? Too many thoughts racing around? My problem is waking up needing to pee, then can't. Ugh.
