There is also Benjamin Franklin "Hawkeye" Pierce, late of the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital or, of course, MASH. Fr. Mulcahy once referred to him as an agnostic, and considering the nature of Hawkeye's character, it's dubious at best that he believed in any god.

House is atheist, right? And on Glee, Kurt is at least agnostic... Not sure about female atheists...
