Hey Thanks for friending me. You said that your Ex is a Mormon, Yes? Do you still have significant contact with her which prompts you to still be concerned about her mental state of mind? I hope that I can help you utilize my knowledge to allow her to come to a better understanding of the world, without the need for an imaginary friend. If that is what you want of course.

Maybe you could ask me specific questions? And I think I should note that if she is having troubles, Religion might not be a bad thing. It might help her cope and escape from reality more. Furthermore I doubt anything that you say will actually convince her to leave the church. A religious person must decide for themselves that their beliefs are baseless. That's what I had to do, and It took me months of sitting in a camping trailer to do it.

Maybe you could show her this documentary. Its broken up into segments on the site because of how Youtube works. I found it very very useful. It helped me understand how my brain was making me believe.

Maybe you could watch it with her and have a discussion if you two are still close enough to do that. I have to warn you that it is very very long. He is continually adding content as well.
