Atheists have our own ideas about what is just and what is unjust. This group will explore the elusive concept of justice. Topics include racial injustice, death penalty, imprisonment, crime, and other aspects of justice in modern society and in history. Without gods, what is the basis for justice? What do humanists and others say about justice? What do you think about current controversies and cases regarding justice or injustice?
Excellent! Im sorry there were not more responses to your post - this is really meaningful and important. I will want to buy and read your book! Even without reading it I can tell it will be an impressive work. Daniel.
I agree with you completely. I've always known in the back of my mind that protestant / evangelical / fundamentalist clergy were no strangers to scandal but it's very eye opening to see so much of it on one page. Impressive follow up.

I have been running a long discussion (over 50 posts) there about being "Proud to be Atheist" because we should all be inwardly proud, and many of us outwardly loudly proud,
seeing that atheists and humanists hold the intellectual high ground over the pathetic nonsense of the irrational, superstitious god believers.
