The city has become very multicultural. Although there are still pockets of the old England, like Hampstead and Notting Hill, I doubt if people would recognise the place (unless it were for the landmarks). In some ways this is great as it is a very vibrant city but in other ways it is a shame as it has lost a lot of its identity. I still love the city and enjoy exploring it on a lovely day but it has lost some of its charm. There is obviously a lot more to say about London but I hope that this has given you a taste.
Hey fellow Janesville Beloit dweller! How's it going? Did you ever hear of Southeast Wisconsin Free Thinkers group? They just move here to Nexis. Join the fun!
Wow, the first year is the hardest. Congrats. It is so hard going back for us "older" folks. But it is also great fun. Any interesting courses? or can you choose much at this point.
Hi Pam: If I have the "right" Pam, you are part of a group with Alan F. in the northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin area, correct? Alan and I have been working on planning a get together of our two groups. I'm a member of the Fox Valley Atheists through meet-up.

I am finally back online... Wow you have the busy life.
I love school in the "golden age" because it just makes more sense and I can relax and enjoy. But i do have struggles just growing old it seems "just not fair" ???? The changes seems to be happening too fast. !!! Tracy
I have 17yo, 14yo and yes a 6yo. eeeeks.
Now I am finishing a Paralegal degree which I thought would be a good way to make a living but overlooked the fact that I have to work with lawyers.
Opps, hope you aren't a lawyer
I am fairly involved with dog obedience so I spend lots of times with my dogs. I seem to like them better than people around here.
Do you take any classes?
