I'm doing great thanks; i'm preparing for an exam that i missed back in January so not looking forward to doing it - oh well; it's the last exam i will have until January when i am sitting a psychology exam - i hate exams ha ha; pitty that academia has to involve so many of them!!
Do you have many exams in your phd? I worry about that when i start my phd - i'm still a bit worried about whether or not i should put myself through such a stressful thing ha ha, but i definitely want to be a psychologist so there's no escaping it if i am to go for it!!

Tonight i am babysitting again - so another fun filled Saturday night for me!!
ha ha ha, i know. I want to go to Venezuela and i bet that there is a lot of prejudice towards gays and women there - or maybe not, but i suppose that happens everywhere to some extent.
I really just mean places where people who are openly gay are sentenced to death, and woman have to be covered from head to toe and not leave the house without their husband or whatever - crazy places like Saudi Arabia! ha ha.
neither actually - i'm doing a conversion course so once i complete the year, if my grades are good enough - i can apply for the PHD. I might not go through with it because i'm not sure i can handle the load of a phd, but at this moment in time, it's what i would like to do. I have other interests so it won't be the end of the world if things don't turn out how i currently want them to. I used to be so worried about things in the future, but these days i am not quite so bothered; it will happens if it happens! hee hee.
Good going on the phd though, i mean - it's not easy i bet - i certainly don't find being a student easy; maybe you are different? I know so many people who seem to breeze through and i am so envious of them who have that ability! hee hee - perhaps i just worried too much!! What are the plans for after you're finished? Some kind of university lecturing or something?
Ooooh, that sounds so nice! I love boats and the water! LOL!
Yes, i will be doing the shrinkology in London - i'm thinking Buckingham university. hee hee. Ideally - i'd love NYC, but it is just so expensive to study over there - it's bad enough here hee hee. Not only would i have the education cost to fund, but i would also have the relocating costs etc. So, yeah - i likely won't be able to do it - i'm going to check it out though!
Aberdeenshire is ace! It has been foggy but other than that it's all good!! :) I live North of Aberdeen City - in a boring little town!! ha ha! I'm going to London soon though! Looking forward to that! I'm moving to France briefly after that - for about six months because i want to become fluent - i have been meaning to do so for years but have always had university to contend with. I'm returning to do post grad psychology when i return from France, with hopes to get my PHD in either clinical or neuro - i'll see what i prefer at the time! :)
Your PHD subject sounds fascinating - i did some ecology when i was doing my geography degree and really enjoyed it - it's fascinating! I have so many interests it's hard to choose majors! hee hee!
Hey there! Thanks - i'm certainly enjoying it thus far - it's nicely laid out compared to some other networking sites that i joined and never wanted to contribute very much on since i hated their layouts! ha ha! This one seems nice and uncluttered! LOL!
I haven't made up my mind about the site yet, but the only other online social site I've really tried is Facebook, and that's mostly with relatives. So far, so good!
sorry for the late reply... I have some major problems with the site, for it won't load in 99% of the cases. The last couple of days I only made it like twice or so to finally load the page, so that I can see it, but when I tried to reply it will only give me error messages... dunno what's going on.
Thanks for the link to the discussion about the Nexus being a sham, or not... I still don't know what to think of it really.
Thanks! I'm amazed at the number of members we have already, but very happy about it. I love reading and books but so far haven't had many people to share thoughts and opinions with. Hopefully this group will fix that :)
That's exactly where I was three weeks ago yesterday when that photo was taken :D
Got to spend three days in New York and had a blast. I am in love with that museum. It just has a sad lack of invertebrate fossil representation!!
I read through the postings. Looks like everything is fine (Thor posted since you sent me the link). I can't imagine even if this was set up by Christians that they could obtain any info on me that couldn't be found elsewhere from just a little online research.

How much longer do you have to go on your phd?

Anyway, hope you're alright?
Sending hugs your way ;-)
