As a proud (yet selective) cocksucker, I fail to see your connection between child medical neglect and love-making. Personally, I take my dog & cat to the vet at the slightest sign of illness or injury. I cannot imagine doing less if I had a child.

Perhaps other words (such as "imbeciles," "morons," "numbskulls," or "shit for brains") would better convey your opinion about faith healing without suggesting that a significant portion of the population is equally repugnant.
