Nope, it's a baby copperhead I recently found (bit more than two weeks ago) in a parking lot in the city. Because I didn't want anyone to kill it or for it to bite people, I caught it and then released it in a park nearby. When I did, it went beneath a log, coiled up, and "yawned" :) (why? I don't know. It hadn't eaten or anything)
