its odd that i added u as a friend. I was wanting to see a video family guy or the simpons (something) and it said i had to add you to see it. i see that you've lived in my hometown. i work at kum and go in republic and have lived in springfield mo. most of my life. i'm glad i click on the video it's nice to meet you.
thanks Mike. The fishing trip will consist of walking down to the Finley River and bellyboating for small mouth. But what a great piece of news. I'll have my dad for a while longer and he won't go in the pain and suffering that I feared for him and that he doesn't deserve.
To both Mike and Everett, thanks for your response to me. It is much appreciated. And just above where I'm writing this comment is a link to a truly great man, George Carlin. Even though my book is fiction, Carlin is mentioned near the end--mentioned in praise. I got to this group through my friend, Todd, who organizes our Fox Valley Atheists here in the suburbs of Chicago. I was not able to make the meeting last night, but as the weather gets warmer and I begin to feel better with less pain, I hope to make it next month. But I salute all of you who are members here of Nexus. Keep up the good word and keep on speaking out. Maybe when our millionth grand kids are alive things will be different than they are now.
