Greetings, Christopher! I notice you haven't been active at Atheist Nexus since Sept. <sigh> Sometimes it can seem a bit fragmented, with different groups for every interest. Please consider a group for socializing, where we talk about whatever's on our minds,Hang With Friends . :D You might feel more at home.
I grew up on a farm, so I enjoy my old house near campus, but I know how nice the area you live in is.
I know several CTs, including one who is an open drag queen named Cora Cadette. Times are changing!
Yeah, living here is a real hoot. I actually love it, and moved back here on purpose. Pretty much everyone knows I am an atheist, and EVERYone knows I am gay. I'm just redneck enough to get away with it.
hey Christopher,
I happened on your blog. It's a fucking riot! After a bad day in a bad week in a bad month, reading your blog made me laugh. Cool! If Texas has people like you I might need to move there.
Yeah, truly sucks when every weekend I can lie on the beach and sip rum punch while my fellow Canadians freeze their asses! I checked out your blog, some funny shit!
Christopher...just so you know, I got the meaning (and humour) of the cartoon you posted in the "humour" section and I'm from "up north". I've had the argument with religious people who really don't see the connection between racism or hatred against gays a couple of times.
Hi Christopher, and welcome to this great meeting place
where religion is recognised for the superstition and people-control fraud that it is and for its inexcusable 2000 years of oppressing women
--- and that God and gods are merely fictions inside human heads.
Why thanks very much. I had no idea this thing had "facebook similarities". I was just looking for another rational source for news and events, but this looks pretty cool, I'm gonna have to drive it around the block and kick the tires... lol
"What Loren said and I don't see a place to add videos on your page like before.
I will keep looking around the site and see if I think of anything else."
"You always have a great perspective Joan!
Thanks Steph, my daughter started her hardest class, math, yesterday. The other 2 have different start-dates."
"About the only thing I don't see on my home page that was there originally is the MP3 player and playlist. Not cosmic, by any stretch, but I thought I'd mention it."
"They mistake logic with internal consistency.
If you show a theist that his views are internally inconsistent, you will have some measure of success. He will make a good faith (ha!) effort at modifying his views to make them more internally…"
