You are right, Kamal is the "creator" of the Indian Atheist group.  With no moderator, a group can suffer.

I suggest you use the "Report an Issue"  button on the bottom right of the screen.  There are 2 things you can suggest.  One is for you to be made the group moderator.  However, there are things the creator can do that a secondary moderator can not.  I don't think they can change the creator status.  So, the other thing is to create a new group, call it something slightly different, like "Atheists of India", and send message to all members of the old group asking to join the new group.  Not too difficult, and you could get a more active group.

i might be able to help you with this facebook thing. what exactly do you intend on discussing, with whom, how do you intend on bringing on these discussions. you just started this page so theres no history for me to go by

After you've searched for stuff that interests you in "Groups" above and in the "Forums", don't forget to look at recent activity which hides along the right margin of the page all the way at the bottom.
