As I told G, that photo reminds me of the ads for those dreadful, self-righteous "Billy Jack" movies from the '70s.
Billy Jack is a half-Cherokee, Vietnam veteran and martial arts expert who has been traveling through the American Southwest. He comes to a small town where the progressive school run by Jean Roberts has a student body made up of different races. The students are taught to practice non-violence and to react passively when the bigoted white people in town humiliate and abuse them. Jean has also worked with Billy Jack to help him control his temper, but when he witnesses some of the youngsters being coated with flour to make them look "white" he goes berserk, setting off a chain of violence which eventually results in a murder charge against him.
I wonder whatever happened to Tom Laughlin, but I don't care enough to Google him up. *snerk!* The TV ads for the movies made me gag.
Hey Steph! My weekends are always very busy, kids are home all day, and this week is looking to be very hectic. I'll definitely post those pics though. Gotta go feed three monsters now. Hope you are doing well!
Thanks for telling me. Number 5, huh? I never check it out. Truthfully. I don't ever think about it. Anyway, glad to be on the introvert site. It will help with people I know. Be well. Talk with you later, my friend. Going to go watch Cowboy Bebop, just finished with Ghost in the Shell.
