Likewise... I saw "Deathly Hallows, part 2" twice over the weekend. Can't get over how good it is. Very moving. Although some of the book had to be left out there are some things that I think the movie does better.
Oh, yes. I saw that on LOLcats this morning. Poor kitty....I've always felt kinda sorry for Persians; their fur is the same texture as cotton balls, and so difficult to keep groomed, so they end up ketting a "Lion Cut" to get rid of the mats. They know they look silly.
My two adoptees must have been underfed for a long, long time because they're both skinny, and going through canned food faster than any other cats we've ever had. But they have finally decided that they own this house, and we are allowed to be their servants.
Oh, fangkew! I found that avatar photo on the Cheezburger site, of course. It originally said "Pleh"....which I agree with. And I'm glad you enjoyed my old HOI photos. I should add more. Some time. Right now I'm trying to deal with two rescue kittehs who came into my life on Sunday. Pumpkin is 11 years old, and we have a long history together. I hadn't seen him for nearly 6 yearrs, but he remembers me, and after about 24 hours of nervousness, he came out of his crate, and was just as he's always been. Dashing about the house, climbing on everything, trying to type. I have one good picture of him that I'll post. The other one, Jeremiah (hate that name!) is still hiding behind a dresser most of the time. He comes out to eat and use the litter box when he thinks we're asleep. Maybe he's back there re-writing "Lamentations." Yuck. I hope he perks up soon; makes me feel bad that he's so afraid of us.
In the meantime, I'm spending very little time on the net...busy feeding, scooping, talking baby-talk, trying to take some decent pics.
