Hi Steph, the week-end has started. I don't think we have the Black Friday shopping thing over here. We call Black Friday any Friday 13th in any month. At some Pubs girls dress in Halloween style. It means a superstitious belief that something bad might happen.
I just want to say that I want you on an anti-zombie team with me if it comes down to it :) :) :)
What could possibly go wrong with locking up a bunch of zombies in the barn? I have a plan for our survivors. I think that they should find an abandoned mansion and fortify it. They could then gather numerous supplies and stay put for a while. Take up gardening and make sure they have a dedicated water source. Zombies don't appear to be very adaptive to strong fortifications. :) ;) :)
Now I give thanks to the people who grow the food, and distribute it - and the Pagan in me still thanks Mother Earth for nourishing us. I also think it's nice to thank the turkey, pig, chicken, cow, sheep, fish, etc. that perished so that we might eat. Needless to say, my Mormon family don't invite me to say the Thanksgiving/Christmas prayer any more. My Uncle was all, "fer chrissakes now's he's praying to the damn food."
Aren't cats great? People who don't like them seem to think they all have the same personality. Not! 'Dale', lol is our 2nd huge black cat. The grey one is Dora, and the stripey one is Lula. We also have a black Lab named Molly.
The greatest reward for fan fiction writers is in knowing that they have fans who are enjoying their stories and essays. Thanks for your support and I look forward to chatting with you again in the near future.
