hey fellow bible belt resident,
i know everything is relative, but is mississippii really as horribly religious as i imagine it in my mind to be? i'm in rinky dink elizabeth city, nc and there is a church on every corner. we even have one street with two churches that are roughly 100 feet apart. we just got a new mormon church as well two months ago, now we should just get a scientology center and i'll really live in looneyville.

Well, point being, there are inexpensive single-malts out there which taste terrific and don't have to ruin your wallet ... so you can have variety, too!

BTW ... you DO drink them either straight up or with a touch of water, right?

Well, you CAN go crazy ... but the Aberlour 12-year-old is about $36 a fifth around here and the MacAllan 10-year-old Fine Oak about $40, and both are excellent ... but it is still way too easy to run amok!
