Sarah, I tried to comment on your blog. Unfortunately the "Open ID" won't work for my typepad blog. If you could extend your comment section by "Name and URL" (somewhere in the settings), I'd love to come back and comment.
I read you blog.
I just wanted to recommend this book to you, if you haven’t already read it.
It is called Parenting Beyond Belief by Dale McGowen.
Excellent read for secular parenting!

We actually got a dance dance revolution mat and game. I love it. But so does my son, who won't stay off of it while we're trying to play. My husband starts school next week. And...blah that's about it. Glad all is well with you.
Better late than never ;). I'm definitely going to check into the first one. He's for progressive education right? I'm really interested in learning more, what little I've read has me really intrigued.
Sarah - I liked your post in the belief thread -- but I thought you should know that the majority of matter in the universe is dark matter, which is invisible.
I won't be able to make it in August or September. Darn that job! I'm hoping to get a new one fairly soon, so cross your fingers and I'll be able to join you!
Hi, skimmed a post of yours on the tooth fairy, santa claus, etc but jumped over to your page before i was done reading it. :) we are like minded and I'm interested in your topics so I sent you a friend request. I'm still new and browsing but will be back to chat more.
I saw your picture when I logged in today, and I clicked on it. And I clicked on the pix of some of your commenters. There seem to be quite a few atheists in Georgia, particularly near Atlanta. Perhaps that should be no surprise, but I don't usually associate Georgia with atheism. (I bet you get that a lot.)
I have been down to Plains a few times to see Jimmy Carter teach Sunday school. That will probably be the closest I will get to a former president. It was pretty neat.

Thanks for the recommendations!
I think I'll need all the help I can get, we're trying for #2 even though #1 is taking up all our time ...
