Romney fought and Obama was passive. he didn't even mention his main attacks. i can only assume that his strategy was to remain above the fray and act Presidential. if so that's a bad strategy. the fray was right in front of him, and he failed to engage effectively. very dissappointing. i'm hoping he comes out swinging in the next one.

Many clinics in my county suggest that you purchase a county license when you vaccinate for rabies, and some make it seem mandatory, but it isn't. I don't know how they justify pet fees in Rockford, but I'm not surprised. State law in Illinois does not require rabies vaccination for cats, so I sure would move to a 3 year vaccination cycle, at the very most.
