Well, there's this (should have thought of it earlier), or just adding comments under comments, but I don't think you get notification (I know I never do if somebody replies to me on their profile or mine) either way.
But, you can delete any comments after they've been posted/you've read them by clicking on the little "x" to the right.
Ha! Hell yeah you "stuck out", …it was a good thing to see some brass in the crowd. It was noticed by all in our group, …I believe the consensus was; "that guy has balls…"

I just noticed that the block quoted content doesn't show up in the "Recent Activity" section as it does on the comments wall.
You can move stuff around on your page though, arrange it how ever you like just by dragging it
