I'm an active volunteer with South Bend Civic Theatre. I am fortunate to be doing many 'roles' with the theatre... ushering, box office, stage manageing/production coordinator, set construction, committee member for ICTL/ACT Festivals, house managing and yes, I've been on stage a few times as well.

Thanks for the advice. I give this information to him. He has been offered a scholarship at Campbell, but he wants to go to N.C. University.

My son is studying that in H.S., along with acting and singing. Any suggestions on any good colleges or specific paths? Apparently, his is doing a great job designing sets and being set director.

haha ya i know...custer is a ghost town during the winter tho..when tourist season ends everything goes down hill..ppl go bankrupt..its pretty bad but the ppl are nice tho

5-6 years ago I hung out with a theater crowd but never really did any work myself. I've spent a good amount of time there seeing shows but I doubt that's it.
