Ceiling Cat! Hi Buffy. I started reading your blog. It's good to know that Italian law enforcement is hard at work on the homosexuality/driving safety issue. I wonder if their scientists know something we don't.

How odd that this very same country produced not only Roberto Benigni, and cannoli, but also Cicciolina, the porn-star turned politician who celebrated her victory to Parliament by exposing herself for a celebratory photo.

Oh, well. You learn something new every day. I guess homophobia happens even in the less repressed places.

So you are a follower of Ceiling Cat? I suppose that is the one acceptable deity on this site. Your site looks very interesting, though I haven't had a chance to read much of it yet. I was the first sponsor for the GSA at the high school where I teach. Although I'm straight, being an atheist all these years gave me some insight into the gay kids' sense of being outsiders. I have a daughter who's going to college in San Francisco right now. She just attended the Pride parade in SF a couple of weekends ago. Welcome to the Nexus!
