Mel, I'm also in Dayton, unfortunately more or less permanently. Did the graduate school thing in Los Angeles, which indeed was a welcome respite from the drudgery of the Midwest. But one adapts as well as one can, hopefully without futility. But at least the Midwest doesn't have the vituperative religious stridency that we find even further south. When's graduation?
