Well said Aldo.  This legislation will serve no purpose other than to set back who knows how many Missouri students.

You can't just censor yourself from parts of a curriculum and then learn the ones that don't offend you, that defeats the entire purpose of the education system in my opinion, you either learn everything that it has to teach or you don't bother learning any of it. -.- I wouldn't want people who only partially know the subject and have an incomplete understanding of the material (because they willfully refused it) to be allowed to advance in the system.
