This is just horrible
I've just read a story in a one of the most important newspapers here in Juárez, about how some kids, all under the age of 12, will be "reenacting" the stations of the cross.
I think it is awful, stupid and cruel enough that adults represent this physically abusive story, but to have children doing it! that's brutal.

I feel sorry for these kids.

It's a good thing that Jebus wasn't burned at the stake - these reenactment could be really brutal. Of course, were that the case, wearing a cross around ones neck wouldn't make much sense. They would have to wear a ...I don't know....a burnt stick, I quess.
