Why do theists think that quoting the bible will change our minds? It obviously didn't already and its not going to. It has no rock hard evidence of anything.
They use scare tactics to get us believe -- saying we're going to Hell for not believing. What do they honestly expect us to do? Say "oh, you're treating me like a gullible child so I better shape up and listen to you." No. It's like their telling us "If you don't believe in Santa, you won't get any presents." Only, there are no presents people. None.

Don't worry. They can't help but be annoying. Other than their Stone Age magical bible, what else do they have to make us "change our minds"? The fact is that they got nothin'! Whereas we have huge, growing libraries of knowledge and museums of evidence contrary to their cruel and ignorant book of twisted fables.

yeah, but I usually wait until they bring up the topic. If they don't want to hear about my non-belief they just don't have to bring up Jesus to me.
