The resolution to the DPRjones and VFX drama
If you haven't seen the video "A message from Shawn." On DPR's channel; you should. That is if you are familiar with Venomfangx.
I watched that video and I found it really inspiring. I noticed that a lot of people aren't happy. Many Christians that loved Venomfangx aren't happy. And the others that just wanted to see blood aren't either. Both groups fail to see what is best for Shawn, and not for their entertainment. What he did takes courage, even if it is apologizing to a camera, it is his first step in becoming a better person.

Oh I've followed VFM on and off, and Thunderfoot's, AronRa, and to a lesser extent dprjones engagements with him. I know he did a whole load false DMCA claims before and apologised.
I've just missed the latest episode of all that's transpired. It's kind of hard to take on board the apology if you know not what the apology is for. if you see what I mean.
He seems genuinely contrite, I wish him well, even if I think he's absolutely nuts.

For those of us who haven't been following events but have just now come to learn of Shawn's apology and intent to seek 'help'
Could someone just sum up what has transpired in a few headlines, it'd help just to make sense of it all.
Obviously it's something complex and difficult but everyone's talking about "it" without saying what "it" was.
