Freethinker,
The first sentence of "The Creation According to Atheists" is an incorrect assumption,
"In the beginning, there was nothing, the most logical state for the universe to be in." This already leads the reader to the next (incorrect) logical state that something was created from nothing.

Why does there have to be a beginning, or end. Infinity is difficult for the human mind to comprehend. Before singularity, why couldn't there have been infinite other singularities? Matter changes from energy. Light, energy, and magnetism change into matter. Mater and energy are changing states that has occurred for ever and continues to change.

There is no beginning - there is no end, just changing states of mass, mater, and energy.

Creation implies a Creator. Anyone who speaks of 'Creation' from an atheist perspective is clueless. I didn't read it all but I think the attempt is to define atheism as a belief-system just like theism, so yea, he's calling atheists silly or trying to. It isn't funny at all. Thanks for the link.
