Comment by Reason Being on March 1, 2012 at 3:01pm Loren--I agree there are theists out there who also respect the Constitution. I do think that in the end, religions will be on the losing side of this, it will take time and persistence though. I for one, plan to keep at it...
Comment by Reason Being on March 1, 2012 at 2:58pm Daniel--I have heard that from a few other people as well. I have no idea why that is happening to firefox users and no idea how to correct it. I am sorry about this.
Comment by Loren Miller on March 1, 2012 at 9:11am No problem here, and I run Firefox 10.0.2 almost exclusively.
Regarding the topic, I would not expect American secular government to go down without a fight, and that fight could get extraordinarily ugly. There are plenty of theists and atheists who do NOT want to see the US turned into a christian theocracy and would be willing to take action to stop Santorum or someone like him from unilaterally changing the face of this nation, mostly because a bunch of unthinking sheep put him into office.
At minimum I would expect governmental gridlock which would make what the GOP has done to Obama look like a minor dust-up. At worst we could be looking at a Second Civil War, and I am not at all sanguine about what that would look like or what its outcome would be.
Yep, Internet Explorer works ok. I also tried Firefox from home (off the work network), but it still failed.
Comment by Reason Being on February 29, 2012 at 7:29pm Hmm that is strange. It seems to work on my computer, but not many people have visited today. Does it work with a different browser do you know? Also, thanks for telling me.
When I try to visit this page in Firefox, before it finishes loading, the page goes blank and the browser status bar at the bottom says "waiting for www.linkedin.com"
