he Church of Scientology announced a treasure trove
More than 1,000 unreleased recordings of lectures by L. Ron Hubbard and reams of corresponding writings have been unveiled in the culmination of a 25-year project to locate, restore and transcribe lost pieces of the Scientology founder's work.
They're also available for sale to members for about $7,500

Now I'm sure everyone here regrets not being a member so they too could receive such a treasure for what amounts to “walking around money”. Tommy Davis, the church's top spokesman, offered this glowing prospective on the “discoveries” -

"It would be like discovering that Buddha, unbeknownst to anybody, had sat down and wrote down the entirety of his discoveries and it could be verified that he wrote it,"

Or, what if we found the collected works of Bozo the Clown?
Piled on top of this terrific news is even more good news for all of our Thetan friends out there in Woowoo land.

American Religion Identification Survey, reported the estimated number of Americans who identify as Scientologists plummeted from 55,000 in 2001 to 25,000 in 2008.

As far as I understand it, it costs about 100K to become an Operating Thetan lvl 8. Compare that to World of Warcraft game where you can become lvl 80 for $39,95 ... hmmmm.... (100,000 / 40) * (80/8) = 25,000

I think I just proved mathematically that World of Warcraft is 25.000 times better then Scientology....

To get back on topic, Scientology has lost over half of it's members in the states, that's great news! I'm not anti-religion by definition, but when it comes to Scientology I just want ito see it destroyed (by non violent means of course).
