Yes, Scientists who become unscientific should no longer be recognized publicly as scientists.
This will mean that the likes of Michael Behe and others that produce non-scientific Creationist literature can be sacked from scientific employment and cannot use their now unrecognized accreditations to foist their misconceptions as scientifically supported.
Simply because their material is now anti-scientific, they lose the right to be called scientists.
It's only fair to real scientists.
A simple solution to a stupid problem!

Comment by GOD'aye on March 4, 2013 at 7:02am Yes Freethinker, many a comedy skit has been attributed to creationism.
We'd miss them if they all went.
We keep just enough of them in Australia for amusement, nice little pets.
Their numbers stay down here, so as to not give them any chance of making power grabs, as creationists love to do. We just keep their ration of banana's to a level where they remain hungry for power, but haven't the energy nor momentum to gain any.
Then we have a good belly laugh at their attempts to gain power.
It's a bit like keeping monkeys in a cage with a trap door leading to a bunch of banana's and a taser that fires every time one of them attempts to reach the bananas.
They keep trying and keep getting zapped in the attempt.
We should be charged with cruelty to Creationists.
But the judges here all consider them as vermin and simply Laugh Out Loud at their complaints!

Comment by GOD'aye on March 3, 2013 at 6:08am The same should go for science teachers, if they are not educating young minds with true scientific knowledge and useful tools for their future, then, they too should lose their position!
If they complain about not being able to teach ID as an alternative, this should be grounds for instant dismissal!
Comment by GOD'aye on March 3, 2013 at 6:05am Exactly Dave!
Comment by GOD'aye on March 3, 2013 at 6:05am Well Earther, that is also a concern, but you are right about it not being what I was thinking about.
I don't get nor watch the discovery channel, so I wouldn't know about it.

Comment by GOD'aye on March 2, 2013 at 5:32pm THEN THE WORLD CAN REALLY SAY THAT THERE ARE NO RECOGNIZED SCIENTISTS SUPPORT FOR CREATIONISM, BECAUSE ANY SCIENTIST PROMOTING CREATIONISM WILL NO LONGER BE RECOGNIZED AS A SCIENTIST. THAT PROBLEM SOLVED FOREVER!
Comment by Earther on March 2, 2013 at 5:23pm I know this may not be what you were thinking but how about the discovery channel playing religous shows during the sunday hours to gain a few bucks?
Comment by GOD'aye on March 2, 2013 at 5:10pm This means that universities and educational institutions that employ these loons will have the right to remove them from employment, as they no longer need to recognize their qualifications as valid and thus they no longer fit the required criteria for their positions. We should also do this to science teachers who get proven to be teaching Creationism in science classes. They too will be no longer recognized as qualified science teachers and thus can be dismissed.
This would help Universities like "Lehigh University" which employs Michael Behe, would no longer have to post their disclaimer to shield themselves from his views. They could just remove him from his position, since he no longer holds a publicly recognized scientific qualification.
Easy Peasy M8z!
