Typical catholic attitude - blame the women. If this jerk were truly right in his assertion, rape would be as common as crossing the street, and yet it isn't. This is precisely the kind of male-privileged, paternalistic crap the RC church dishes out on a regular basis. At the risk of being crude, one wonders how well Fr. Volpe keeps HIS dick in HIS pants.
