This Saturday, I shall be in London, at the gathering in Hyde Park protesting The Pope's official state Visit to these islands, before marching on Downing Street.

One highlight to mention (apart from being told off by two nuns on The Tube) is that the sign a friend designed, that I bore aloft can be seen in brief glimpses in this BBC news report.

I just thought of a chant the whole protest can get behind. "Spare the rod, spoil the child! The rod is not your penis!"

I found out I could get a rail ticket for £33 return.
