Ha Ha... here's another comment from the same poster:

"U STILL EXPECT GOD TO ANSWER YOUR PRAYER, IT COMES WITH A CONDITION, AT LEAST TRY, ACT LIKE U WANT WHAT U PRAYED FOR TO HAPPEN."

my response:

Did you actually watch the video? It was made on a first grade level and yet you seem to have completely missed the point! I apologize writing "jug of milk" in lower case letters.. "Jug of Milk"

Whew! I started readin the comments about this video on you tube. Here is a quote from a commenter:
"what if i prayed to a jug of milk and nothing happened but then i prayed to god and somrthing amazing happened would you still say it a coincidence."

Here was my response....lmfao!

what if i prayed to a jug of milk and nothing happened but then i prayed to a stick of butter and somrthing amazing happened would you still say it a coincidence.

This is Marshall Brain's video, he is one of my "atheist heros" and started the website "how stuff works". He did a whole series of videos and is the first one I've seen use the phrase "God is imaginary" - my personal favorite responsel to any religious query.

Interestingly he lives right in the bible belt of North Carolina and has written some really interesting essays on transhumanism, atheism, etc. A great modern thinker.

Loren,

True nuff... still a nice effort. If he didn't get blatantly anti-Xtian, I'd show it in class ;-)

Not bad, Rusty ... though the believers out there will insist on their deity and claim that the video has misrepresented something or other. There was at least one such comment in the few that I looked at. The sad fact is that too many believers have no use for logic or analysis, however compelling it may be. They will insist on their belief ... I suspect because they're too scared to consider the alternative.
