Good post. I've tried pointing out things like how people always seem to experience the religion they believe in and not other ones, and is one experience more 'valid' than another? The response is usually something like "those other people are just misguided, I believe in the true god." Of course, if I asked one of those "other people" the same question, they'd probably respond similarly....

the god idea only seems to be 'truth' that some folks are raised by bigoted parents that use the god excuse; case closed?

I think this is supposed to be a blog, not just a place to promote your other one. If you can't put an effort in making this one better, then I guess this is just a warning to stay away from yours.
