That is a great point about the wager...which god would the theist pick? There are a lot of vengeful gods out there....better pick the right one...

Pascal never convinced me for a moment, because of the sneaky arbitrary choice of Jesus. I happen to believe in Lakshmi, the Hindu goddess of wealth. If I'm right and she blesses me, I get rich. But I can't waste my life on her when there are so many other gods, so next I'll bet on Thor and hope he strikes down my enemies. See how arbitrary it all is?
