In the video on the main page, Dobson says that the CONSTITUTION says that 'we are endowed by the Creator with certain inalienable rights..."
Well, since that is the Declaration of Independence, and NOT the Constitution, I can only conclude one of two things.
Either:
1. Dobson is being deliberately disengenuous, or
2. He's dumb as a post

He's being purposely disingenuous, assuming most of the Faux Newz viewers will be like his typical viewers/listeners and just take him at his word (and be undereducated at that). The typical fundaloon follower has been spoon-fed revisionist RRRW Christian dogma and never actually read any of the documents they insist say ABC and XYZ. Yet they'll state with authority that America is a Christian Nation and that all of our founding documents and laws are based directly on the Bible and Christianity. It's sad and scary what willfull ignorance does to people.

Some people confuse the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, or even think the Declaration of Independence has the force of law like the Constitution does. This is false, and the American people need to learn this. The Declaration of Independence was a philosophical document justifying what the crown considered Treason. It never has, or never should, be considered law, or carry the force of law.

I choose 3: all of the above.
