I read this article on the Norway shooting and it shows how planned the perp was.  He definity had beliefs of religion and prejudices of people.  It looks as though you cannot even be secluded on a secluded island.  I don't know how a person or group could sniff out ticking time bombs like this but I know there are a lot that are noticed and ignored.  In the Virginia Tech shooting the perp was turned in to the administration more than once for being a threat and yet he was kept in the school.  The perp from Fort Hood was promoted away from one facility to another.  The undercurrent of law is watch your back jack.

Conceal weapons though would stir less uneasy feelings if handled by individual who are responsible.

I don't think he was driven so much by religion but by politics and historical beliefs of cultures. The extremely sad part is that a lot of what he proclaims as facts are true - but this maniac somehow thinks that resorting to violence accomplishes his objectives and goals - in fact, it does the opposite. It allows populations of Europeans and westerners to gain sympathy for the multiculturalists and enables the multiculturalists to enhance their agenda by demeaning those who support not giving excuses for Islamists - and he overreaches the problems as well - he is definitely a mentally deranged individual.

My concern with a concealed weapons liscense is the fact that police will be more edgy if they pull you over for traffic violations.  They know before they leave the car if you own a liscence or not.  You can be dead right, right?
