I write a fairly regular Green Diary on the World Land Trust website. While not an atheist blog per se, like any rational biologist, it often implies atheism. And does from time to time comment on such things as the impact of missionaries on the world, and another hobby horse of mine is the environmental impact of foreign aid (often in the form of goats and camels) promoted by organisations such as Christian Aid.
