Hello All,
This site looks like it may be very helpful & comforting to non-theists who might otherwise feel isolated in their religous families & communities. When I was a young woman, I was fortunate enough to be married to another Atheist, but we sometimes lived in communities where this was definitely not the norm.
I found the ATHIST NEXUS site when searching for Atheist groups in Fredericksburg. There are two that I'm aware of & attend regularly: Fredericksburg Secular Humanists, a chapter of Washington Secular Humanists, and Drinking Skeptically in Fredericksburg. (Virginia, USA.) Are there other groups in this area?
