On the 29th of November last year, one of my favourite comedians, Patrice O'Neal, died of complications from a stroke he suffered about a month earlier. That doesn't sound like a big deal, a favourite comedian, bit it really was. O'Neal was truley a one of a kind. I won't go into exactly why he meant so much to me, there are plenty of R.I.P. blogs, videos, tweets, ect. from people who actually knew him that can speak volumes as to why we truley lost one of the greats. Before his stroke, O'Neal recorded his new album, Mr P (what his step daughter used to call him), which was recently released postumously. I have the album, but can't bring myself to listne. I just can't imagine there not being any more Patrice.

I don't know why I'm writing this, other then I really want to hear the album and would like someone to convince me to just put it on and get over it. You should buy the album, available on iTunes, as this will benefit his family. Thanks.
