Seeing the world as it is - that is a much better approach and "how it should be". Whenever I hear should, I hear guilt and often religion. That kind of language distracts from seeing reality. All the best to you.
Comment by Tonya Wynn on June 20, 2012 at 1:24pm Oh yeah, and Natural Prozac and Undoing Depression helped with that issue. I no longer suffer from depression and am PRO-active on this and many other issues. Read and study your way out of 'issues'. I wated thousands of my own dollars on psychologists who were well paid to let me ramble on for hours...non-directive therapy.
Comment by Tonya Wynn on June 20, 2012 at 1:21pm I am unable to listen to the podcast. But, I benefited some from the atheist (Objectivist) psychologist Nathaniel Branden. Oddly enough, I also benefited a bit from The Art of War and Machiavelli, because both tell you how it IS, not how it should be. Much of my life has been wasted and frustrated with how it SHOULD be...religion loves this way of thinking, this illusion.
