I'm taking a summer economics class and one of the things we have to do is find a problem and then find a solution and explain why it would work (of course using the things we learned in econ class). I chose teen pregnancy and focused on a city in Colorado called Pueblo. Pueblo has the highest teen pregnancy rates (it is very common to see pregnant teenagers even more so than adults) and guess what their sex education consists of; ab only! def doesnt work.
